Payments shoud be made to the account number: 1610000018170148 at Raiffeisen bank, in the name of "Tea and Medicinal Herbs".

Commitments of the Festival:

1. To guarantee a stand within the Festival venue for each day of the Festival duration from 8 am to 8 pm. Exhibitors who make payments early will have advantage of selecting a stand location.

2. To guarantee the inclusion of exhibitors on the Festival web site and through media sponsors, as well as in special festival pamphlet.

3. To establish official laboratory for exhibitors’ sample analysis.

4. To set up panel of experts and establish festival awards.

Commitments of exhibitors:

1. To register on-line, by fax or via post

2. Upon registration the Festival organisers will send to the exhibitor invoice for all services listed on the application. The exhibitor is obliged to make immediate payment of the full amount upon receipt of the invoice, not later than 1^st June.

3. Exhibitors who settle their accounts accordingly will receive confirmation receipt without which it will be impossible to reserve exhibition stand or ensure participation in the Festival

4. Compensation as a way of payment for the services is excluded as an option.

By signing this registration-contract, the exhibitor agrees with general terms and conditions of the Festival, as well as with payment terms specified in the registration.
Submitted registration is irrevocable and obligatory for exhibitor unless it is cancelled within 30 days before the Festival.

The Court in Sarajevo will deal any dispute.
